These Terms govern access to and use of flightfares.one. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
About the service
FlightFares.one publishes travel information, fare-search resources and links to third-party providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not sell or fulfil flights or travel services. A booking contract is between you and the provider shown at checkout.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party bookings
Third-party terms, fare rules, cancellation policies, privacy notices and fees apply to bookings. Check passenger names, dates, airports, transit requirements, baggage and the final price before purchase. We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking made with another company.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the site in a manner that burdens systems or violates law; bypass security or consent controls; impersonate another person; submit unlawful content; or use the site to infringe rights.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, design, branding, graphics and compilation are owned by or licensed to FlightFares.one and protected by applicable law. You may view and make a reasonable personal copy for non-commercial travel planning. No other licence is granted. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

If you submit comments, reviews or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content for operating and promoting the site. We may moderate or remove submissions but are not obliged to publish them.
